Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of welding work and reduce the weight, by butting the plate connection shelf part onto the ear part formed integrally with the expanded lattice having a specific thickness or below and applying resistance welding. CONSTITUTION:The ear part 5 formed integrally with a plate 4 and a lead member 3 consisting of the plate connection shelf part 2 provided with the cell interlocking part 1 are brought into conduction by means of pressurization welding electrodes 7a and 7b, and resistance-welded in order to form a plate group. The plate 4 is formed of expanded lattices having a thickness of 1mm. or below, and the ear part 5 shall have the same thickness. The resistance welding is performed through butt-joint of ear part 5 of the plate and the plate connection shelf part 2 in cross state. In order to insert the plate ear part 5 into the prescribed position of the connection shelf part 2, it is suitable to form the grooved shaped concaved part 6 having a width a little wider than the ear part.
