Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the balance network by constituting the circuit so that the output signal of the balance output amplifier for driving the input signal from the four-wire circuit is negated by the input side of the four-wire circuit output driving differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A signal from the four-wire circuit 1 becomes a balance output by the amplifier 4, and it is sent out to the two-wire circuit 3 through the matching resistances R8, R9. A signal from the circuit 3 is provided to the differential amplifier 6 through the resistances R1, R2, and subsequently it is output to the four-wire circuit 2 through the differential amplifier 7. A balance output of the amplifier 4 is provided to 6 terminals of the balance network (BNW) 5, it is output from the terminal 9 through the BNW5, and this signal is negated by the signal by which the balance output signal of the amplifier 4 is sent to the amplifier 7 through the amplifier 6. Accordingly, the output signal of the amplifier 4 does not appear as an output signal of the amplifier 7. In this way, it is possible to obtain satisfactory characteristics of the singing attenuation amount and the longitudinal balance attenuation amount, by means of a comparatively simple BNW.
