Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the balance of the air-fuel ratio and to prevent a overheat of the radiant tube by communicating a primary and secondary air feeding systems with a common preheated air inlet and providing a diameter variable orifice in the secondary air feeding system.
CONSTITUTION: The burner body 2 comprises a double cylinder including an inner cylinder 4 and an outer cylinder 5. The inside of the inner cylinder 4 constitutes a fuel feeding system 6, an inner and annular space between the inner and outer cylinders 4 and 5 constitutes a primary air feeding system 7, and an outer and annular space between the outer culinder 5 and the radiant tube 1 constitutes a secondary air feeding system 8. An air supply port 11 communicated with the preheated air inlet 10 of the burner body 2 is opened to the primary air feeding system 7 through the outer cylinder 5. Further, a diameter variable orifice 11' is provided on the outer surface of the outer cylinder 5 toward the secondary air feeding system 8 which uses the preheated air inlet 10 in common with the primary air feeding system 7.
