Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain high reliable performance monitor by a method wherein the detected operation state value is judged as effective for monitoring of the performance only when the rate of change in the operation state value relative to the bogie value locates within a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:Each data such as pressure P1-P7, temperature T1-T7 and T1'-T4', flow rate F0 and output L detected by detectors 9-12 is input to a decision unit. Arithmetic units 25, 43 calculate the bogie value used as a reference for checking the suitability of the detected data. An arithmetic unit 27 calculates the differences between two inputs among the detected data and the bogie values set by a setting unit 26. The calculated result is forwarded to a next comparator 28 and compared with the deviation bogie value stored in a memory 30, thereafter the obtained result being applied to a decision unit 29. When the two values calculated by the arithmetic unit 27 are smaller than the deviation bogie value, the detected data is input to an arithmetic unit 33 and then applied to a heat rate calculating unit 8 via a setting unit 34. In case of one input, the detected data is input through a circuit including a setting unit 41.
