Abstract
PURPOSE: To discriminate the stable or fluctuating state of plant load and check the correctness of detected values of pressure, flow rate and the like to calculate the performance and enable to supervise the plant performance change with age.
CONSTITUTION: The pressures P1WP7 and temperatures T1WT9 and T1'WT4' of main steams, high temperature reheated steams and the like at various positions of the plant are detected by a plurality of pressure detectors 9 and a plurality of temperature detectors 10 and input to a decision device 21. The output L of a generator, the water flow Fo fed to a boiler 7, the sea water flow Fc at the inlet of a condensor and the vacuum V within the condensor are detected respectively by a device 11, a plurality of devices 12 and a device 9' and input to the device 21. Above- mentioned data are each compared with the reference values and decided their correctness in the device 21. The output L is also input to a decision device for stable state and duration time of load 20 and its fluctuation range is compared with the specified value to decide the availability of data and then input to the device 21. The data decided as correct by the device 21 is input both to a device 8 to operate heat rate and to an arithmetic unit for machinery performance 22 and then to devices 23 and 24 to diagnose and analyze the performance.
