Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a heating performance optimum and to contrive an electric power saving by a method wherein a judging point is set at an intermediate part between the ON point and the OFF point of a compressor, and a heater is conrolled by a combination of a room temperature gradient and the comparison result obtained from both the present room temperature and the judging point value.
CONSTITUTION: At a time to, when a room temperature is equal to or less than an ON point, a compressor is started and at the same time, a heater is turned ON, then, the heater is turned OFF. And further, a sampling time is updated. At a sampling time t1, the room temperature is this side of the judging point, however, the room temperature is rising (a positive gradient), therefore, it is decided that the present heating performance is sufficient, and no special control is conducted. At the next sampling time t2, the room temperature is this side of the judging point and further, the room temperature declines (a negative gradient). Accordingly, the present heating performance is judged as not sufficient, as a result, the heater is turned ON to raise the heating performance.
