Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a heat responsiveness of the temperature sensor by a method wherein a slidable gap is provided between a heat sensing head detecting the temperature at the outer bottom of a container and the protruded part of a guide shaft, while the lower part of the heat sensing head is bent so as to form it a stopper for checking loosely coming off, thereby, enabling the heat sensing head to be in contact with the outer bottom of the container at all times.
CONSTITUTION: A guide shaft 11 is inserted into the insert holes 10, 10' of a sensor fitting base 9 and is held by a split pin 12 and a spring 14 which is located between a guide shaft spring receiver 13 and the sensor fitting base 9. A heat sensing head 17 is supported by a spring 19 installed between the head 17 and an protruded part 15 formed at the upper end of the quide shaft 11 as well as it is stopped to slide down by a pawl 18 installed at the lower end. And further, a slidable space 20 is installed between the protruded part 15 and the heat sensing head 17 and it can be moved within a range wherein the heat sensing head is regulated.
