Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of corsstalk among the circuits by providing idle pins among the circuits contained in a package having a number of connecting pins and connecting the pins to ground or power source. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of amplifier circuits A1-A4 are contained in a package, connecting pins 1-3, 5-7, 13-15, 9-11 are provided in the package corresponding to the circuits A1-A4, and VEE pin 8 and VCC pin 16 are also provided. With this configuration, idle pins 4, 12 of nonconnected state are added to the circuits, and are opened or connected to the ground potential or power source. Thus, the crosstalk among the circuits can be extremely simply eliminated.
