CONSTITUTION:A rectifying diode D1 is turned on when it is biased in forward direction, and current is supplied to a smoothing capacitor C1 and a load RL through a diode D3. When the diode D1 is cut off, a very small forward direction current caused by difference in voltage between the smoothing capacitor C3 and the capacitor C3 is made to pass through the diode D3. As an inside resistance of the diode D3 is high at this time, commutating noise generating from the diode D1 is attenuated by the diode D3.
