Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize the number of pins for circuit integration, by providing a time constant circuit consisting of a capacitor and resistors at the signal input section. CONSTITUTION:A video signal 21 is fed to a pin 22 via a time constant circuit for synchronizing signal separation consisting of a capacitor C1 and resistors R1, R2. Thus, the synchronizing separation output is generated across a resistor R4 of the collector of a transistor Q1 the emitter of which is connected to the pin 22. The synchronizing separation output is input to the base of a transistor Q6, that is one input terminal of the comparator consisting of transistors Q6-Q8 via the level shifter consisting of transistors Q4, Q5. Further, it is compared with the reference voltage by transistors Q9, Q10 and composite synchronizing signal v0 is produced across the resistor R7.
