Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus which performs effective aeration simply rotatively driven by rotating an empty chamber having an air and liquid inlet and an outlet hole between an air layer and a liquid layer.
CONSTITUTION: Empty chambers 1 having required number of air and liquid outlet and inlet holes 5 are rotated around a horizontally revolving shaft 2 so that the empty chambers 1 alternately pass an air layer 3 and a liquid layer 4. Then, liquid enters the chambers through the hole 5 and inside air is discharged by becoming bubbles, while the chambers are passing the liquid layer 4. On the other hand, while the chambers are passing the air layer 3, the liquid flows off from the holes 5 and air enters the chambers 1. In this way, effective aeration is performed simply by rotating the empty chambers 1.
