Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent carbonaceous accumulation of residue of cooking material, tar exhausted from fuel, and fuel and so on from being formed, by applying the inorganic coating material including inorganic oxide corpuscles onto the inside face of cooking apparatus and so on and by printing and hardening this coating material.
CONSTITUTION: An inorganic coating material is applied to the inside wall of cooking apparatus such as an oven, the oil evaporation face of the vaporizing kerosene combustion burner, and so on and is printed and hardened at 200W300°C for the purpose of suppressing carbonanceous accumulation of the residue of cooked matter, tar produced from kerosene by polymerization, and do on. This inorganic coating material contains 2W40wt% inorganic oxide corpuscles of Al2O3, SiO3, TiO2, ZnO2, BeO, and so on having corpuscle size 5W10μ and the heat-proof property and includes the binder such as metal phosphate and alkali metal silicate, and this coating material is coated to the surface to be processed by the enamel or inorganic coating method.
