Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to treat an org. waste material economically and advantageously by mixing a powder obtained by heating and grinding shell fossil remains in subjecting an org. waste material to fermentation treatment.
CONSTITUTION: In subjecting an org. waste material such as an industrial an waste material including a stockbreeding waste material, poultry excretion or cow excretion, an alcohol waste liquid or mollasses to fermentation treatment, a powder obtained by heating shell fossil remains at 400W600°C for 20W80min. and, subsequently, grinding them is mixed into an org. waste material. Next, said, mixture is fermented according to a conventional method. In this case, a moisture content of the above described shell fossil remains mixture is pref. adjusted to 65W80wt%. By this constitution, a moisture content and air permeability suitable for fermentation can be imparted thereon.
