PURPOSE: To provide a process for adjusting moisture contained in organic impurities by a simple process, by which organic impurities are fermented and converted into a compost, simplifying disposal of organic impurities through fermentation and conversion into the compost in the best fermentative condition and thereby disposing of organic impurities efficiently without generating any offensive odor and harmful waste finally.
