Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a stable and uniform coating on an article to be coated by a method wherein a heater and a thermometer are provided in the adsorption head of the spinner coating apparatus and the heater is controlled by a signal of the thermometer.
CONSTITUTION: In the adsorption head 30 provided to an upper part of a spinner shaft 32 which is supported by a body 35 and rotated by a motor 38 through a belt 42, a resistance wire 50 and a thermocouple joint 60 are arranged. In above described apparatus, a signal from the thermocouple joint 60 detecting a temp. of the adsorption head 30 is sent to a comparison control circuit 70 by an electromotive force measuring signal line 63 and compared to a signal of a set temp. set in a temp. setting and displaying circuit 71 and a deviation amount therebetween is sent to a power conversion circuit 72. Subsequently, the deviation electric power corresponding to above described deviation amount is applied to a resistance wire 50 from the circuit 72 through an external conductive wire 55, a brush 54, a slipring 52 to heat said resistance wire and a temp. of the adsorption head 30 is controlled.
