Abstract

PURPOSE:To construct the current supply device in which thermal balance of respective currents is preferably maintained by insulating electrically between current lead wires and providing an insulator so as to thermally make contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a superconductive coil 11 is energized or deenergized by a excitation power source 2, control valves 5, 6 are controlled, the evaporated gas of refrigerant 8 in an inner tank 9 is intaken from intake ports 12, 13 and is flowed into current lead wires 3, 4 thereby cooling the lead wires 3, 4, and is exhausted from exits 14, 15. At this time a flow of heat occurs between the lead wires 3 and 4 through the insulator 16. Thus, thermal balance can be constantly maintained between the lead wires 3 and 4, temperature rise at a part of the lead wires 3, 4 can be immediately absorbed by the insulator 16, and are thermally equalized to be cooled.
