Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the response efficiency against the thermal rise in a switching chamber by providing an auxiliary temperature regulator connected in parallel with a temperature regulator and in series with a compressor in a switching chamber. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary temperature regulator 35 is provided in a switching chamber 6 to be connected in parallel with a temperature regulator 34 and in series with a compressor 8. This construction improves the conventional structure in which the cold air in the switching chamber 6 is supplied to a freezing chamber after conducted through a cooler 11, and consequently, the thermal rise in the switching chamber 6 is difficult to be transmitted to the temperatute regulator 34 in the freezing chamber 5. Since the auxiliary temperature regulator 35 is provided in the switching chamber 6, the response efficiency to the thermal rise in rhe switching chamber 6 can be highly promoted.
