Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce conbustion noise or vibration given during an idling period of an engine by delaying an injection timing which is controlled by a timer, in that running period.
CONSTITUTION: When an engine idles after starting, a suction negative pressure of the engine stands high enough that a negative pressure switch 35 is affected to pull a switch element 38 back against a spring 39. One terminal 30" of an electromagnetic solenoid 29 is connected to an earth contact A1 by a circuit 48, the fourth contact B4 and a conductor 42 and another terminal 30' is connected to a power source by a circuit 47, the third contact B3, a conductor 41 and a circuit 45. With a current flowing through a coil 30 from the terminal 30' to the terminal 30", a movable iron core 31 is forced back by a timer piston 23 so that the timer piston 23 is retracted by a spring 24 to delay an ignition.
