Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide magnetic anisotropy partly only at a rotor magnet by burying a yoke having an excitation coil and radially facing a cavity corresponding to the rotor magnet at a die formed with the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Cavities 16a-16d of the shape corresponding to a rotor stem 4, a rotor magnet 2 and a rotor pinion 3 are formed at dies 8-10 made of nonmagnetic metal. A yoke 18 made of high dielectric metal material forming the same circle as the inner periphery of the cavity 16b at the end face 18a is buried in the die 9 as faced radially with the cavity 16b corresponding to the rotor magnet 2, and a coil 17 is wound on the yoke 18. Molten mixture of thermoplastic and ferromagnetic metal material having high magnetic anisotropic constant is filled through a predetermined spool 12, a runner 14 and a gate 15 into the respective cavities 16a- 16d, and the rotor 1 is integrally injection molded in the state that the coil 17 is electrically energized to magnetize the yike 18.
