Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate mechanical positioning by making use of a flange provided at one end of a cylindrical metal, by forming a polygon, circumscribing the maximum outer diameter of a sealed tube by the flange. CONSTITUTION:Tuning fork type quartz oscillator 2 is provided inside of cylindrical metal sealed pipe 1, insulating glass 4 and metal thin bars 3 are arranged in the center, and cylindrical metal 6 is provided covering the glass to keep the pipe airtight. This cylindrical metal 6 has flange 6a at one end and this flange 6a forms the circumscribed polygon (a square in the figure) circumscribing the maximum outer diameter of the sealed pipe. Consequently, this, while supplied to a transporting plate, can be positioned mechanically and easily by making of the flange.
