Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to change the pitch of main rotor blades with a high responsibility to the change of wind velocity, by connecting main rotor blades and auxiliary rotor blades by the intermediary of gears, and changing the pitch of the main rotor blades in response to the wind pressure acted to the auxiliary rotor blades.
CONSTITUTION: The main rotor blades 1 and auxiliary rotor blades 4 are fixed to a propeller boss 3 in freely rotatable manner, and these two rotor blades 1 and 4 are connected to each other by the intermediary of a large gear 8 and small gears 7. With such an arrangement, auxiliary rotor blades 4 are turned in response to the wind velocity and the pitch of main rotor blades 1 can be changed via small gears 7 and large gear 8. Therefore, responsibility of changing the pitch of the main rotor blades with change of wind velocity can be improved.
