Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent propeller blades from damage and control the revolution of a rotary shaft by connecting propeller blades to a cylinder supported with a spring through arms.
CONSTITUTION: Propeller blades 1 are connected to a cylinder 3 through arms 2. Said cylinder 3 is supported with a spring 4. This allows propeller blades 1 to tilt responding to the magnitude of a fluid pressure acting on said propeller blades 1, which can prevent the propeller blades 1 from damage and control the rotation speed conveyed to the rotary shaft.
