Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable an effective cleaning operation and regeneration of cleaning liquid by a method wherein a cleaning liquid is charged in a cylinder, undergoes a high-speed rotation, and the produced eddy flow is overflowed from near the highest to lowest position so as to clean a cleaning object and to regenerate the cleaning solution.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaning object 13 is placed in the straight pipe 10, an adsorbent, etc. is filled in he inner cylinder 18, a cleaning liquid is filled to about the middle of the external cylinder 2, and the rotary body 12 is rotated. This causes the liquid in space 11' to rotate in a high speed and to start rising within the straight pipe. The cleaning liquid overflows the top end of the straight pipe to the space 11, enters the internal of the inner cylinder 7, passes through the filled layer of regenerating material in the inner cylinder 18 and returns to the space 11'. Thereafter, the cleaning liquid is circulated to perform cleaning and regeneration.
