Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the high efficiency and low loss of a transmitter, by using an FET element of 2-gate type for the control element of a signal circuit system and giving the input signal to one gate and the final stage output current to another gate. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is fetched from INPUT and it is first amplified with a voltage control type high input impedance FET circuit FET.AMP. Next, it is delivered to the final stage output amplifier circuit F.AMP via the first stage power amplifier circuit RF.AMP and transmitted as a high frequency power output. The feedback signal for output stabilization is detected from the final output signal and converted into desired signal level with the gate control circuit FGC of an FET circuit via a detector DET and given to the control gate of FET.AMP of the signal main circuit system.
