Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an observation error caused by the reflected light of a low temperature article in a cooling type photoelectric converter by shielding the reflected light from the low temperature article by a high temperature shield. CONSTITUTION:A perforated shielding plate 10 for preventing incidence of reflected light into an infrared ray detector is interposed between a cold shield 5 and a light transmission opening 7 in the intermediate. The hole 11 of the plate 10 is so formed as to impart equal viewing angle to the cold shield 5 for the infrared ray detector 1. A higher temperature shielding plate 10 than a cooling block or the like is attached thereto to shield the reflected light from the lens 9 by the high temperature shielding plate 10.
