Abstract

Process for preventing the detection and decoying of a thermal camera receiving the infra-red radiation (1) coming from a laser source and consisting in associating with the said camera a special detector (2 to 9) including a spectral analyzer (8,9) to detect the monochromatic sources of high luminance directed towards the camera and giving on the detector (7) a brief pulse signal, while the wide band natural sources corning from the scene give a signal that changes with time during the wide band scanning.
