Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent entry of undesired radiation energy, improve the S/N, and detect at high efficiency regardless of the distance of an object, by providing a visual field angle variable plate in front of an infrared ray transmission window attached to a cooling vessel so as to vary the visual field.
