Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy by a method wherein the 1st thermoelectric couple to perform a temperature measurement of a metallic material to be inspected and the 2nd thermoelectric couple to measure the 1st thermoelectric couple are installed, and based on the output deviation of these 1st and 2nd thermoelectric couples, the heating temperature of a heater is controlled. CONSTITUTION:At the point part of the 1st thermoelectric couple 3 for measuring the temperature of steel plate which has a steel plate contact part 31 at the point, which is fixed entirely with insulating material except the steel plate contact part 31 and which is equipped with a heater 5 at the peripheral area of the point part, is fitted the 2nd thermoelectric couple 7 to measure the temperature of the thermoelectric couple 3 itself.
