Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the insulating charateristics of and to reduce the size of an insulated inductance unit by preferably penetrating insulating resin using porous paper and sealing resin and preventing oozing out of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A winding unit 25 so formed as to make along a collar 24 projected to the one end of a cylindrical bobbin 23 includes a primary winding 28 formed by winding alternatively in multiple foil conductors 26a, 26b,... and interlayer insulators 27a, 27b,... in multiple turns, a porous layer 30 formed by winding in multiple turns thereon osmotic porous papers 29a, 29b,... and a secondary winding 33 formed in the same manner as above on the layer 30. The insulators and the porous papers have width l4 wider than the width l3 of the foil conductor for securing sufficient creeping distance. According to this configuration the liquidlike insulating material 38 filled in the layer 30 will pass the interior of the layer 30 and will thus penetrate to the side of the collar 24, and will be prevented from oozing out by the sealing resin 41 adhered to the insulator 40 wound on the outermost periphery of the winding unit 24. Accordingly, this can improve the insulating chracteristics of the insulated inductance unit and reduce the size thereof.
