The porous film material is constituted of polyethylene resin with thickness approx. 150mu, average hole diameter lmu or less and with distribution 0.01-10mu and 65% in porosity. Next, insulating resin is impregnated further with heating-hardening to obtain the insulating wiring for electric apparatus.
