Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid erase residual of pilot signal due to phase variance, by the simultaneous control of the amplitude and the phase of erase waveform of the pilot signal so that the identified error of reception signal can be minimized. CONSTITUTION:A reception signal 1 from a signal receiving end 11 is divided into two at a distributor 12, and one is fed to a phase synchronizing circuit 14 via a pilot signal pickup filter 13 to obtain a pilot reference wave 2. The pilot reference wave 2 is fed to a phase device 15 to obtain suitable phase shift which is optimum to erase. The output of the phase shifter 15 is divided into two, one is input to an automatic gain control device 16 and another is input to a correlation device 19. The phase of a pilot erase wave 3 is phase-shifted by 90 deg. at a phase shifter 21, and the correlativity with an identification error information 4 is taken at a correlation device and the phase of the pilot reference wave 2 is controlled with the result of correlation. The inserted pilot is eliminated, by adding the pilot erase wave 3 with the reception signal from a hybrid circuit 12 at a coupler 17.
