Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration due to interference, by cancelling the detour interference components from an optical transmitter of the station even if an optical distributor of a simple constitution is used. CONSTITUTION:An optical distributor 31 performs transmission and reception of optical signal. To the signal received at the optical distributor, the reflection signal for the signal transmitted from a transmitter 11 is included. The signal received is fed to an optical receiver 21, and a part of power of the said reflection signal is branched at an optical coupler 41 and it is converted into electric signal at an optical detector 51. Further, by subtracting the signal having the reflection component received at the optical receiver 21 from the reflection signal detected at the photodetector 51, the reception signal rejecting the reflection component of the station can be obtained.
