Abstract

PURPOSE:To decide whether the selected broadcast station is already preset or not, by installing the latch means to give a latch in correspondence to the received frequency and the latch means to latch the preset frequency read out of the preset memory and then giving a comparison between the outputs of these latch means. CONSTITUTION:The automatic tuning synthesizer receiver is formed with the phase-locked loop 6, scanning controller 7, preset memory 8 and display controller 9 each. The data of the programmable divider 1 incorporated into the loop 6 and the data stored in the memory 8 are latched by the latch circuits 10 and 11, and the coincidence between these outputs is detected through the comparator 12. This output is sent to the control circuit 15 consisting of the memory latch control part 13 which produces the reading address designation signal to be supplied to the memory 8 and the display controller 14. After this, the broadcast channel display lamp corresponding to the data of the divider 1 is lit up by the signal of the circuit 15.
