CONSTITUTION:The up-or down-scan for auto-tuning is started in an up/down counter 13 under the control of a control part 12 by the input from an operation part 11 or the like, and the output of the counter 13 is applied to a latch 15, and the output is applied to a programmable divider 6 of the PLL constitution.
