Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the initial reflection factor and to prevent lowering of the reflection factor due to aging, by applying vapor coating layer of metal having reflectivity and a transparent protective layer of an inorganic substance successively over the surface of a metal plate fixed to a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A reflection type heat collecting plate 1 is constituted by applying a vapor coating layer 8 of metal having reflectivity over the surface of a metal plate 7 fixed to a substrate T and then applying a transparent protective film 9 of an inorganic substance. The base member T is obtained by applying a back plate 3 of aluminum or the like over the back surface of a core member 4 which is constructed in a honeycomb structure in consideration of the dimension stability and accuracy or the weight suited for imparting curvature to the substrate T. Marginal members 5 are fixed to the peripheral portion of the substrate T. As the metal for the above vapor coating layer 8, it is preferable to use aluminum, silver or the like. Further, as the material for the protective film 9, it is preferable to use, for instance, a transparent inorganic substance obtained by mixing silicon oxide with other substances.
