Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure a wide range of combustion control maintaining a stable state of combustion by means of a vaporizer with a vaporizing heater adapted to vaporize an atomized fuel from an atomizing nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: The vaporizing heaters 5 and 5 work to heat the surface of a vaporizing plate 6 to raise the temperature of the surface. When the temperature thereof reaches a set level appropriate for ignition of vaporized fuel, a liquid fuel is sprayed toward a vaporizing plate 6 under a pressure according to an intense combustion and vaporized with the vaporizing plate 6. On the other hand, the fuel sprayed against a shielding plate 15 drops gradually to the vaporizer 4 and finally reaches the vaporizing plate 6 where it is vaporized likewise. Combustion airs separately flow into the secondary air passages 16 and the primary air outflow ports 19... via an air flow inlet 18. The air reaching the secondary air passage 16 is supplied to a combustion chamber 3 via secondary air outflow ports 17....
