Abstract

PURPOSE: To mass-produce inexpensive and highly corrosion resistant colored lamination-combined material by coating superfine metal powder of specific grain sizes with an organic binder and lamination-coupling these.
CONSTITUTION: Highly corrosion resistant superfine metal powder (Fe, CO, Ni, etc.) as a coloring material is coated with an organic binder in a particle or plural particle units and the powder is granulated. The granules are then molded to a flexible green sheet shape 4, and the sheets are disposed on the faying surfaces of compound calcined bodies 1. Thence, the laminate is heated in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, whereby the colored lamination-coupled material is produced.
