Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to pick up the stable output signal even to high frequency through the use of a solidstate image sensor, by periodically interleaving the pulse resetting the signal from a photo electric converting element and picking up a saturated flat part of an output signal. CONSTITUTION:A read-in objective 11 is radiated with a light source 13 and the reflected light is collected at a collective lens 16, and it is formed on a photo detector 17 consisting of solidstate image sensors like CCDs, where it is converted into an electric signal.
