On the other hand, in case the output contents of the memory 2 is ''0'' indicating the nonbusy state, the FF3 is set to indicate the detection of the unused channel. Thus a high-speed and automatic detection is possible for the idle line by reading the output of the counter 1 while the FF3 is set.
