Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the starting property of the motor and the sealability of the blade by forming a blade groove in which each blade is inserted and opening a passage leading to the bottom part of the blade groove at the peripheral surface of a rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A blade groove 21 for inserting each blade 22 is formed in a rotor 3, and a passage 23 leading to the inner bottom of the blade groove 21 at the front part in the rotating direction, is opened at the peripheral surface of the rotor 3 between respective blades 22. By these produres, a fluid pressure is applied to the inner end of each blade 22 through a passage 23, to reinforce the projecting force of each blade 22 to increase the starting property and improve the sealability.
