Abstract
PURPOSE: To accumulate wind force as a power source by a method wherein an air compressor is rotated with wind force working as a power source, and a compressed air is stored in a tank.
CONSTITUTION: Rotors d, d', d" are mounted on powers e, e', e" for Savonius windmills a, a', a". These rotors are enclosed in a casing f and function as blowing rotors. Namely, the air is sucked in from inlet ports b, b' and discharged from outlet ports c, c'. The high-pressure air thus obtainable is stored in a compressed air tank through a proper relief valve, and a pressure of constant quality is extracted opportunely through a reducing valve, which can be used for various applications including power generation.
