Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the temperature indication clear and thus facilitate the confirmation thereof by a method wherein the classification of a value of detected indoor temperature into the temperature ranges divided into plural levels is discriminated and based on the discrimination some of indication lamps having different luminous colors is lighted.
CONSTITUTION: On the occasion of the cooling operation, when the set temperature is set, for instance, at 27°C by operating a variable resistor 6 and if the indoor temperature is, for instance, 31°C or more when an operation switch 8 is closed, fan-motor controlling relays FR1 and FR2 and a compresser-motor controlling relay CR are excited by a microcomputer 9 and an yellow-colored indication lamp YL is lighted, whereby the condition that the indoor temperature is high is indicated. Next, when the difference between the indoor temperature and the set temperature becomes small, the fan motor is switched to the side of low speed. After that, when the indoor temperature lowers, for instance, below 28.5°C, an green-colored indication lamp GL is lighted in place of the indication lamp YL to show that the temperature is in a proper region. In addition, an orange-colored indication lamp OL is lighted during the stoppage of cooling.
