Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the purification of air effectively without using an air-feeding fan of large capacity by a method wherein the exhaust from an air-exhausting fan which exhausts the air inside a building through the intermediary of a high-performance filter for removing particles in the air is made to flow back to the suction port of the air-feeding fan which feeds the air into the building.
CONSTITUTION: In the case when the system is applied to the building 1 of an atomic power station during the operation of a unclear power reactor, valves 7 are closed, valves 9 are opened, and the exhaust from the air-exhausting fan 4 is cooled by a heat-exchanger 11 is a returning pipe 10 and returned to the suction port of the air-feeding fan 2, since it is necessary to cool the inside of the building 1 during the operation of the reactor.
