Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform electrolytic grinding work with the constant amount of electrolytic grinding per unit time, by providing a spark smoothing circuit, memory circuit and a setter for obtaining a constant actual electrolytic grinding current in an electrolytic grinding device. CONSTITUTION:A value of a setter 6 is set to a coarse grinding side by a coarse- fine selector 11. Then a detected value of an electrolytic current detector 1 is smoothed out by a spark smoothing circuit 2, further an oscillation phenomenon is removed by a delay compensation circuit 3. When the operation of a grindstone is selected by a signal of a memory timing circuit 4 from quick feed speed to approach speed, a value of no-load electrolytic current immediately before starting electrolytic grinding work is stored in a memory device 5. Then said value and a current value for actual electrolytic grinding work of coarse cutting set to the setter 6 are calculated by an adder 7, and its output Ia is compared with an electrolytic grinding current value IA in a comparator 8 to perfom the control operation by a cutting motor 10 in such a manner that a difference between IA and Ia is toward zero.
