CONSTITUTION:Between a high pressure portion 3a of a water passing pipe and a rigid container 1, a three-way valve 9 connecting a water exhaust flow passage 20 is provided. Moreover, to a chemical liquid outlet flow passage 21 between a flexible bag body 2 and a low pressure portion 3b of the water passing pipe, a three-way valve 10 is provided and the valve 10 and the flow passage 19a are connected by a flow passage 22 through a three-way port valve 11. Moreover, a chemical liquid tank 6 and the valve 11 are connected by a flow passage 23 and the valve 10 and the low pressure portion 3b of the water passing pipe are connected by a flow passage 24 through a three-way port valve 12 connecting a liquid exhaust flow passage 25 and the valves 9, 10 are rotated by a lever operating portion 4 and the valves 11, 12 by a lever operating portion 5 together.
