Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the dehydration effect to a large extent in a method for dehydrating a sludge serum of a sludge or a fruit by sucking under vacuum a dehydrated water obtained by interposing and squeezing a sludge serum between two pieces of beltlike filter clothes at a contact point of vacuum suction roll groups into rolls.
