Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the scanning diffraction light intensity of the hologram scanner even by photoelectrically transducing part of diffracted light by holograms to electric signal and increasing or decreasing the laser light source intensity by this electric signal.
CONSTITUTION: Laser light emitted from a laser light source 31 is intensity-modulated by a light modulator 32. This modulated signal 41 is composed of the difference comprising comparing the output having been photoelectrically tranduced a part of scanning diffracted light 40 of a hologram scanner 33 by a photoelectric transducer 37 with a reference voltage in a control circuit 38. The difference of the case when the photoelectrically tranduced output is larger than the reference voltage acts so as to lower light intensity 39 and the difference of the case when it is small acts so as to increase light intensity 39. Thereby, the light intensity of scanning diffracted light 40 may be made even. The hologram scanner 33 is made into the construction comprising providing a plurality of the holorams 34 manufactured by using convergent spherical waves and divergent spherical waves around a disc.
