Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the vibration resistant property and moisture proof property by inserting and holding an appropriate number of insulators between conductors; heating, melting, and curing them, thereafter impregnating varnish between the conduction, and increasing the sticking property of the varnish between the winding conductors in a core groove. CONSTITUTION:A grounding insulation 2 is applied in the core groove 4. Then, winding conductors 1a, intercoil insulators 3, and winding conductors 1b are sequentially incorporated in the described order, thereafter a wedge 5 is inserted. At this time, an appropriate number of indulators 7 are inserted and held between the wiring conductors 1a and 1b. As for said insulators 7, e.g., a resinous rod of epoxy resin under the half cured state is used. After the wedge 5 has been inserted, said insulatros 7 are heated, melted, and cured. Thereafter, the varnish 6 is impregnated between the conductors in the core groove, and the entire body is hardened. In this method, the heated, melted, and cured insulators 7 bridge a part of the space between the winding conductors, the gaps between the winding conductors become small, and the flow out of the impregnated varnish 6 at the time of hardening is decreased. Therefore the sticking property of the varnish between the conductors is improved; and the vibration resistant property and the moisture-proof property can be enhanced.
