CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes 11A, 12A and another pair of electrodes 11B, 12B are formed on the piezoelectric base plate 10 of X cut. And the oscillator 1A and the oscillator 1B are formed by connecting the electrodes 11A, 12A to the input and output terminals of the amplifier 13A, and connecting the electrodes 11B, 12B to the input and output terminals of the amplifier 13B, respectively. In this case, the propagating direction between the electrodes 11A, 12A is different from the propagating direction between the electrodes 11B, 12B, and the surface internal rotary angles phi1, phi2 are set so that the coefficients of delay time can be opposite.
