性表面波に対応して発生する振動電圧を導出する
出力側電極とを有する弾性表面波遅延線あるいは
2端子対弾性表面波共振器の上記出力側電極の導
出する電気振動を増幅器により増幅して上記入力
側電極に加えるフイードバツク回路により上記入
力側電極から上記出力側電極まで弾性表面波が伝
搬する際に発生する移相量によつて定まる周波数
の電気振動を発生する弾性表面波発振器において

上記増幅器を差動増幅器により構成し、上記出
力側電極の正電気端子を上記差動増幅器の正入力
端子に、上記出力側電極の負電気端子を上記差動
増幅器の負入力端子にそれぞれ接続することによ
つて上記入力側電極から上記出力側電極へ電気回
路的に結合した信号が上記差動増幅器によつて充
分に減衰されるようにしたことを特徴とする弾性

るに要する時間によつて定まる周波数の電気振動
を発生する弾性表面波発振器において、 上記増幅器を差動増幅器により構成し、上記出
力側電極の正電気端子を上記差動増幅器の正入力
端子に、上記出力側電極の負電気端子を上記差動
増幅器の負入力端子にそれぞれ接続することによ
つて上記入力側電極から上記出力側電極へ電気回
路的に結合した信号が上記差動増幅器によつて充
分に減衰されるようにしたことを特徴とする弾性
